Please check my grammar and if need to correct the way I should say it

1. Sara knows the media policies and procedures very well she has great knowledge of the unit. She is still learning the best resources for the microform unit

2. Sara spends a lot time making sure the theater booking procedures are done correctly. She also double check at all time to makes sure the videos procedures are all completed

3. At the beginning of the week Sara checks to make sure all of the videos are pulling for the following week. She posts the calendars every week.

4. Sara makes sure these duties are done and completed in a timely manner. She update checks the graduated TA notebook at all times.

5. Sara has done well in letting me know of any malfunctions of the machine

6. Sara has done well in keeping up with the microfilm and microfiche

7. Sara has done well in keeping up with our daily in house usage. She makes sure at all times the fiche and film is re-filed

8. At the end of each semester Sara check to make sure all media material is refill correctly in the cabinets .

9. Checking the G drive I see that Sara has done a great job keeping up with her Statistics.

Sara has done well in training her students and rechecking to make sure they understand. This semester Sara creative a Test to give the students thru out the semester to see where they need more training.

Remember to use end punctuation, and note that many of these are quite repetitive. If you are going to use them all, they can be combined. Finally, your tense moves around from present to past. You should pick one and stick with it. I recommend past because it's a semester review.
