Motivation Letter

I live in a Western region of Georgia, Adjara. It differs from other part of the country by its location, it’s a seaside part.  A lot of works are being done make the region more comfortable and attractive for tourists.

I finished the University and got the degree in English language philology. Later, applied to Banking and Finance faculty to broad my knowledge and skills.

I have more then five years working experience in some International and local organizations. It made my skills more efficient, but for the entire success I need to strengthen my knowledge in Management in order to lead some local or international organizations. In most cases there is lack of experienced personnel and the leading positions are hold by the people coming from the capital. This fact makes me be more ambitious about my future plans to be useful for my region.

The course “ Project and Program Management and Administration”  Taking place at MDF training and consulting center will be the big step in my career; it will help me to obtain managerial know-how, effective awareness  of the administrative work will contribute  more useful attainments in order to  assist me in supporting  future development of my region.

I am more then interested in participating in this program. It will be beneficial for my future and my country’s development.
