 This is my first time classification essay. Which was very hard. I spend more than 20hrs on this paper but i am still think this paper is not thath good....

because i think my introduction and conclusion is not strong enough.... please give me some advices and pleas fix my gramma~

With more than two-third of American adults currently trying to loss weight at any given time, it is no surprise that the popularity of commercial diet plans and weight-loss programs has soared in recent years. It is easy to conjecture that most American people have been on a diet at one time or more. When looking for a way to lose weight, we become overwhelmed with the enormous variety of weight loss programs available and need help to find the one that will work. Here is the classification of the three most eminent diet plans the Atkins Diet, the South Beach Diet, and the Weight Watchers Diet.

The Atkins diet is base on the theory that American eats a large amount of carbohydrates, such as pasta, bread and cereal. Atkins showed that protein increases the feeling of fullness. therefore reducing intake of carbohydrates and replacing them with foods rich in protein and fat, by drastically reducing carbohydrate and eating more protein and fat, human bodies naturally lose weight by burning stored body fat more efficiently. Permitted in the diet are eat vegetables as main source of carbohydrates, and red meat, fish, eggs and the like for protein, with nuts and olive and canola oils for a healthy fat.

The South Beach diets are seems similar with the Atkins diet both are restrict carbohydrates. Nevertheless, the difference is the Atkins diet allows to eat little portion of good carbohydrates but in the South Beach diet all carbohydrates are restricted. There are three phases in this diet, in phase one, eat normal portion size each meal attempt to eliminate all carbohydrates such as bread, potatoes, fruit and grains and low-fat foods; this phase will last for two weeks. In second phase, some of the banned foods are gradually returned to the diet, although in smaller amounts than were likely eaten before beginning the diet, such as whole grains and most fruits. During this phase, when the dieters reaches the desired weight the last phase is begins for maintenance.

The weight watchers program has it is own “The Point Formula” for calculating the points content of a specific serving. “P(c,f,r)=c/50+f/12-{min(r,4}}/5” where p is the number of points, c is the number of calories, f is the grams of fat, and r is the grams of dietary fiber. Each individual have own assigned a certain point range that allowed eating daily based upon your height and weight. This looks very complicated, but after attending the meeting it is not as complicated as it looks, this program operates in about 30 countries around the world therefore easy to find nearby. Differently than the Atkins diet and South Beach diet, the weight watchers diet does not restricted any kind of food, just counting intake calories. This program is mean to enable to make healthy food choices for life. Moreover, while on weight watchers program dieters attend group meetings once a week for support, may just offer the extra push some people need to stick with it, likewise get trained expert advices.

The truth is, most diet plans are built on the premise that reducing calorie intake leads to weight loss.
