America’s Most Popular Diet Plans

The South Beach diets are seems similar with the Atkins diet both are restrict carbohydrates. Nevertheless, the difference is the Atkins diet allows to eat little portion of good carbohydrates but in the South Beach diet all carbohydrates are restricted. There are three phases in this diet, in phase one, eat normal portion size each meal attempt to eliminate all carbohydrates such as bread, potatoes, fruit and grains and low-fat foods; this phase will last for two weeks. In second phase, some of the banned foods are gradually returned to the diet, although in smaller amounts than were likely eaten before beginning the diet, such as whole grains and most fruits. During this phase, when the dieters reaches the desired weight the last phase is begins for maintenance.
The weight watchers program has it is own “The Point Formula” for calculating the points content of a specific serving. “P(c,f,r)=c/50+f/12-{min(r,4}}/5” where p is the number of points, c is the number of calories, f is the grams of fat, and r is the grams of dietary fiber. Each individual have own assigned a certain point range that allowed eating daily based upon your height and weight. This looks very complicated, but after attending the meeting it is not as complicated as it looks, this program operates in about 30 countries around the world therefore easy to find nearby. Differently than the Atkins diet and South Beach diet, the weight watchers diet does not restricted any kind of food, just counting intake calories. This program is mean to enable to make healthy food choices for life. Moreover, while on weight watchers program dieters attend group meetings once a week for support, may just offer the extra push some people need to stick with it, likewise get trained expert advices.
