I am not good at caluse and phrase.  Can anyone show me the clauses and phrases and their functions in the following sentences?

1)      Whatever one's judgement about the action of Krushchev and Kennedy, there should be universal agreement that Kruschchev's decision to dispatch the missiles to Cuba was an act of criminal lunacy.

Whatever one's judgement about the action of Krushchev and Kennedy - an adverbial phrase of time

there should be universal agreement - main clause of the sentence

that Kruschchev's decision to dispatch the missiles to Cuba was an act of criminal lunacy. - noun clause modifying universal agreement.

to dispatch the missiles to Cuba  - an infinite phrase as adjective modifying Kruschchev's decision

2)      We understand the truism that choices are assessed in terms of likely consequences when considering the actions of official enemies but find it hard to apply thistruism to ourselves. 

We understand the truism - main clause

that choices are assessed in terms of likely consequences - noun clause

when considering the actions of official enemies - present participle phrase as adverbial of time

find it hard to apply thistruism to ourselves - second main clause connected by co-ordinator "but"

3)      At the same level of moral imbecility one would rush into the streest every every October to sing praises to the Kremlin while riduiculing those who warned of the dangers of placing missiles in Cuba.

At the same level of moral imbecility - a phrase as adverbial of manner

one would rush into the streest every October - main clause

to sing praises to the Kremlin  - an infinitive phrase as adverbial of manner

while riduiculing those who warned of the dangers of placing missiles in Cuba - a persent participle phrase as adverbial of circumstance

who warned of the dangers of placing missiles in Cuba - relative clause modifying those.

I think your job is excellent. One thing I'd like to correct is the interpretation of "whatever one's judgement about ..". I would say it is a concessive clause. A phrase I couldn't understand is "in to the streets every every October". Is there any typo?
