Please help me to join these sentences with if clause

She went late. She would not get a ticket.

if--

I wrote like this

1. If she did not go late, she would get a ticket.

2. If she had not gone late, she would have get a ticket.

My question is whether both are correct, if not which one is the best answer why?

Second conditional is used for present or future situations and because of unreality and imaginary, it is used past tense formulas.
Third conditional is used for past situations and expresses regret and criticism.

Your situation is past. So you will use third conditional that is your second sentence.
