You want I don't like coffee too hot.
You may want to think of it as a shorter form of
I don't like (it when my) coffee (is) too hot.
or
I don't like (my) coffee (to be) too hot.

No, the other version is not very good.  Even though native speakers can understand what you are trying to say, it gives the impression that the words are in the wrong order.  Smile [:)]
