   Are these sentences below correct, and if so, do they have the same meaning?

    1.The program has one shortcoming: flexibility.

    2.The program has one shortcoming; that is flexibility.

    3.The program has one shortcoming, and that is flexibility.

I prefer one weak point

All 3 sentences are correctly punctuated, in my book

I like 1, 3 but not so much 2
