(b) She comes Singapore from Indonesia by plane.

Hi,

(a)She comes to Singapore.

(b) She comes to Singapore from Indonesia by plane.

(c) She came back from Indonesia.

These are all correct grammar.However, you'd need a context in which these sentences, and particularly the present tenses, would be appropriate.
