Do we have to use the commas, or not? If both are acceptable, which is better, with or w/o the comma?

1. You were using my camera[,] taking photos!
2. You can do whatever you like[,] for all I care.
3. She came out of retirement[,] to win 2 gold medals at the champions.

Thank you very much.
Best regards.

1. You were using my camera, taking photos! USE THE COMMA, BUT THE SENTENCE STRUCTURE ITSELF IS SUSPECT.
2. You can do whatever you like[,] for all I care. WITH OR WITHOUT THE COMMA
3. She came out of retirement to win 2 gold medals at the champions. NO COMMA

Use commas for non-restrictive structures (phrases, clauses, appositives), but be sparing of them. If the sentence is clear without it, don't waste the ink.
