Hi all.

I'm unsure about the usage of the comma, especially when used with the word even.

EG: 'They are no longer eligible for the scholarships, even is they end up studying at that institution'

If the sentence began with even clause, I would place a sentence after institution; vice versa, I'm unsure

Hi,

Even if it rains, I'll go to the park. Yes, I'd put a comma here.

I'll go to the park even if it rains. Here, I wouldn't put a comma for short clauses like this, but I would for longer ones because it helps the reader to understand the sentence more easily.

Best wishes, Clive
