Comma at the start, at the end

Some time before but mostly on these Internet days I've seen people not using commas in situations like shown below.

At the start of letters or e-mail messages:

Hi Paulo
Hi everyone

I think these should be:

Hi, Paulo, (or Hi, Paulo!)

Hi, everyone, (or Hi, everyone!)

- - - -

At the start of sentences with please:

Please help me.

I think these should be:

Please, help me.

- - - -

At the end:

I like it too.

I think this should be:

I like it, too.

- - - -

Please, what do you say?

No, they are correct writing it without a comma Wink [;)]. You would put a comma after Hi [name], if you are just addressing someone in a letter or note.
