What is a library anymore, anyway?

Whose Line Is It Anyway?

I never know when to stick a comma before anyway and when not...

1st is OK, 2nd isn't.

I think you need comma before anyway in final position, in front of question mark. It's an intensifier, and these must be placed separately, just like the question tags.
