It's not obligatory, but you could put a comma after me, to give the sentence more of a rythm. I belong to that group that tends to 'overdo' commas, because I like to think people are reading what I hear in my head. I also subscribe to the view that unless glaringly wrong, punctuation is a tool which offers more creative flexibility to the writer. Punctuation rules tend to be even less well-defined, or agreed upon, than grammar.
Your sentence sounds quite lyrical. Songs by their nature tend to be riddled with commas and other punctuation, to give the singer an opportunity to grasp the flow and breath patterns.
