Comma puncuation help....

You need a comma when you have two independent clauses (each with its own subject and verb).  On the other hand, when the same subject does both actions, you don't have a comma.  #6 is possibly okay, if you were going to pause when speaking that out loud.

You can put one after 1987, but it's not required.

You do, however, have some strange capitalization going on.
