Hello Dodwell, welcome to English Forums!
I would punctuate your sentence as follows:
"It works with various register configurations – e.g. with or without a touch screen, with a variety of keyboard and/or mouse options, etc. – and supports a wide range of..."
(I think it would be 'e.g.' rather than 'i.e.' here, unless the list includes all possible configurations. You don't need a comma after 'i.e.'/'e.g.'; and if you're using 'ie' or 'eg' rather than 'i.e.' or 'e.g.', you don't need a full stop after it.)
See you,

Thank you so much MrP for helping me out. I really appreciate it! I tried to click the box below, but it would let me. I found this very helpful. Thanks!
One more question....what if I wanted to take out the eg and use for example instead? How would that work into the sentence?

You're welcome, Dodwell!
You could use 'for example' as follows:
"It works with various register configurations – for example, with or without a touch screen, with a variety of keyboard and/or mouse options, etc. – and supports a wide range of..."
