How should I use the definite article when I'm using commas?

EX. The school appeals to me because of the curriculum, the international campus, the stundents and the ambiance.

EX. The school appeals to me because of the curriculum, the international campus, the stundents and the ambiance.
You can omit all but the first if you want to. It's a style choice.
I'd keep the articles.
