Is there such word as "comments"? I have tried looking through Oxford, but I couldn't find such a word. Is "comment" itself plural then?

Standard -s plurals of countable nouns are not usually itemized in dictionaries.  Comments is the plural of comment:

I received three comments on my performance.

I would recommend that you buy the Collins Cobuild Dictionary for Advanced Learners if you want to find the plural of nouns. Most of the other dictionaries do not provide the plural of nouns.

Or, for about the same amount, get a 1-year subscription to:

which does that too.
