Help to comment the following enquiry.

Please advise us whether the fans installed at lift lobbies can fullfill the following function. (Have other vocabulary to instead of fullfill?)

1. Centralize control for the fans

2. On signal keep on as suspending the power supply to fans (Is "kept" better?)

or Keep on a "on" signal in the fans as suspending the power supply (Is it better or not?)

or Keep on a "on" signal in the fans as suspending the power supply (Is it better or not?)

Sorry, I am not sure about the intended meaning of second sentence? Is it a description of a problem with the fan?

2. meaning is:

When the electrical power is connected, we press the "on " button on the controller to turn on the fan. The "on" signal will be hold as the fan in normal operation.

I would like to ask my supplier whether the "on" signal will be hold as cutting off (terminating) the power supply for a long time.

How do think the following phrase?

'on' button and 'on' signal: Are they same? When you push the 'on' button, the electric power to fan is suspended for a long time. Is it the actual problem?
