RE: SPECIAL OFFER ON SPECIFIC ITEMS

Greetings from ABC!

I would like to extend my gratitude for your valuable supports on our products. It is our company aim to work hard towards providing the best quality of product to the customers' entire satisfaction. 

As per earlier agreement (or as per agree earlier?), our company has keenly promised to give special offer to your esteemed company on your purchases as a token of appreciation of the goodwill relationship between our companies and as well as of mutual benefits. It is also agreeable that the amount of discount would be depending on the quantity of order made with our company.

We are also appreciative of XYZ for being a royal customer to my company for years and we take pride in assuring only the best quality of products from our company.

However, I am regret to tell that we can not afford to give special discount on items that we only charge on the manufacturing cost. Items like THL etc. This is because the production cost incurred for manufacturing these products is rather high and that include increasing prices of gas fuel, labour cost as well as the rental. We hope you will understand our dilemma over this issue.

Lastly, we hope you will continue to favour us with your generous support. Thanks.
