I have a dilemma: I need to write an advertising text about the automated property management system. While searchung thoughout the Internet I bumped into several word combinations that name it:

Real estate software
Property management system
Property management software
Property Rentals System
Rental Software
Property Finder
Automated rental management system

Anyone knows ? Maybe some of them are not appropriate at all? Huh? [:^)]

Thanks.

To the World you may be one person but to one person you may be the World

I would choose the most specific:

Automated rental management system
Automated property management system

'The question is,' said Humpty Dumpty, 'which is to be master-- that's all.'

Thanks a lot! I forgot about the word "renter". Can you please clarify if it is a person who rents the house or the person who leases the house fpr renting. When I tried to seacrh this word in wikipedia, there was no correspondance for it. Thanks again!Angel [A]

Renter
works both ways:  I rented the house from ABC Agency; ABC Agency rented the house to me.  They are the renters (or rental agents) and I'm the renter.  To avoid possible confusion, use lessor / lessee, I suppose.

Thanks, by the way the similar confusion is in my native language. Smile [:)]
