I learned that the following sentence is gramatically correct.

"ABCDEF Inc. is one of the best company in the USA."

In this sentence "company" seems to be a collective noun meaning companies.
Then, I suppose I can say "these company"  or "several company" etc.
But I was not able to find similar examples on the Internet.

Now I am lost. Please help.

You learned it wrong!  Sorry!   Sad  The sentence is not correct.  It should be:

ABCDEF Inc. is one of the best companies in the USA.
