Company letters matter!!

I would like to have the pattern of a quotation letter for a Company dealing with kitchen ovens. I would like to give the products full details. So can you show me how it should be done?
Also, if I would like to purchase a new product from other Company, what are the essential requirements I shouls ask for. For example, Purchase of a Machine from so & so Co. the catalagoe, Brochure, Price list, & so on. Please tell me in details.
