Is it right to say the following;
Boots is a large company or;
Boots are a large company
Similarly, when talking from a company viewpoint, is correct to say;
We at Boots (indicating plural)
Great to hear your views!

'Boots is' because it is only one company.
'We at XYZ.....' is one of my pet hates (sorry to get personal). Surely it should be 'We, the staff of XYZ .....'
This is only my opinion.
