If I am writing:  Best Buy, Inc. flat screen television will be sold nationwide. 

Do I put comma anywhere because for company I don't use 'S or do I? Please help

"Best Buy Inc's flat screen television will be sold nationwide".

It has become accepted to use "[company name] Inc/Ltd" with a possessive in this way. Whether to use a full stop/period (dot)  is a matter of preference.
