The difference between adjuncts and complements is that you can take away the former without doing damage to the coherence of the sentence.

I am in the bank.   locative adjunct
I am paying in money in the bank.   complement

"the new album immediately to the eager fans"
Can you say a sentence instead?

You don't have a complete sentence here.
That makes it more difficult to understand what your question is.

Complements and adjuncts can occur at several hierarchical levels within a sentence.
