    I'm looking for a complete list of english common nouns, for a word game. I searched around the net and didn't find one of good quality. Can anyone help me with this. thanks.

I'm looking for the same thing.  Such a thing does definitely exist.  What do you mean by common? 1st 100/1000/10000?  Send me an email to (personal contact removed. register and add it in your profile please) and i'll send it you when i find it,( or make it from corpus data as a last resort).
I have found the 500 most common but don't want to be bothered to parse them :)

There is no such thing as a "complete" list.
