1. My hands ------------------ when I'm nervous. (get cold). or "sweaty"
.I am mot sad; on --------------- ------------------, I feel happy. "on the contrary"
.Is your sister the short, chubby one? No,quite the opposite;she's the ----------- and ______ -faced one. "tall" "thin-faced"
.The phone rang ---------- as I was leaving the house.(for a while) I'd say "just" or "suddenly". You cannot hear the phone ringing for a while as you are leaving the house, it's too short an action (leaving)
.To -------------- means to say sorry. "apologize"
.A dozen =12; abaker's dozen=_____________ ( I think it is also equal to 12). isn't it 13?
