Pls help me out of this complicate GRAMMER

That's nearly a correct version with the simple past tense. Maybe you could put it like this:

1. Well, she slipped on some rocks and I didn't have time to hold onto her, it was so sudden.

With "had", you could say e.g.

2. Well, I had just gone off to buy an ice cream when she fell over the edge, so I don't know why. Maybe she slipped on some rocks.

5. I broke my finger playing cricket , so I can’t type properly . ] Correct!
