Dear,

Many people told me to use Management Director, but I also saw the use of Managing Director in some visit-cards. So, which one is correct? I don't know when should we use noun-noun compound noun, when should we use Ving-noun compound noun.

Managing Director is the standard title. (The incumbent is not directing the management, he is directing and managing the company.)

In general, if you are coining phrases yourself, there is no specific rule on whether to use noun-noun or Ving-noun; it will depend on the meaning you wish to convey, I think.
