Which one is correct?
Meet the concerned teacher.
OR
Meet the teacher concerned.

This is a good question.
Both are gramatically correct, it just depends on he context of the situation.
Meet the concerned teacher.
means that the teacher is concerned (probably about a student's performance in class)
Meet the teacher concerned.
means that you are meeting a particular teacher (one you've been talking about)
