1. Would it be possible to use the third person singular for the second condtional in the if-clause? If (it is) yes, then it would be considered real and not hypothetical? How do I know if it is real or hypothetical? Only I will know it as the person who wrote it?

2. I have used a similar sentence above, but should I be able to use the modal 'will' here?
If that's the case, wouldn't it make more sense to bring him along?
