Hello,

There is no magic formula, it's really all about practice, preferably with a native speaker.  That being a said, a favorite website of mine is NPR, which is a US based radio station with lots of clear, spoken English.  You can find them at www.npr.org.  It won't necessarily help you to speak, but it will help your listening, which should increase your confidence in speaking.

Good luck!

Hello!

You should read more books. This way you can build up your vocabulary as well as idiom, phrasal verb and the like. I usually spend 1 hours everyday reading book or short stories that I have bought from bookstore. My favorite books are Thoughts and Notions, Cause and effect and Tooth and claw (short story).

You ought to speak English with your family members, watch English movie....

This is just my personal opinion. Hope it answer your question.

Hi

Though I am not good at speaking english at all,but my confidence is strong,or it is more proper to say I do not care my speaking is right or not,I just know one point:open your mouth at everychance!

yes, that's it.You will never 'have' the confidence about something, but 'build' it in practice. It is a verity to anything including 'speaking english'.

All above is my personal experience and I hope it will be helpful to you as I am not a native speaker either.

Good luck to you!
