Please help me clartify the different of these words of one company:

Registered office

Registered agent

Business office

Registered office -- the official premises or headquarters of the company, as registered with the government.

Registered agent -- an official representative for a or another company,  registered either with the government or perhaps only with the company

Business office -- a premises; a place of business.
