1. What's the difference among 'entice, bait, provoke, stimulate and incite'? Which are negative? Which are positive?

2. What's the difference among 'constant, persistent and insistent'?

Knowing the differences of those words are really important for me, hope you can help me. Thanks.

Ok... first off it's 'what's the difference between.  Now then...

1.  Entice and stimulate are both positive,  I assume you have looked up their meanings.  You entice your lover to bed, you stimulate learning in a child.  Bait, provoke and incite are all negative.  You bait someone into a trap, you provoke someone into violence or you incite hatred against someone.

2.  Constant is the only real positive there, if any.  You keep a constant interest, whereas you are persistant in your annoyance and are insistent that your views be heard.

Have you looked them up in a dictionary yet?  If so, what did you find?  Tell us how you would categorize them according to your criteria, and we'll set you right if you're on the wrong track!
