I think the last one is wrong.  The first two are OK but there are mistakes.

Oranges contains a lot of vitamin C.  - You can say that, but we would normally say Oranges are high in Vitamin C

Oranges consists of  / comprises Vitamin C.  No, we wouldn't say that.
