Hi

Female speech is typically cooperative, reciprocal and collaborative.

How do should I understand these three?

Does it mean that their speech is based on cooperation with each other ... hmm, I'm not sure.

Thanks

They cooperate, reciprocate, and collaborate.  That is, each helps the other to keep the conversation going, each allows the other a turn to speak, and each works with the other toward the 'goal' of the conversation, which might be, for example, solving a problem or coming to an understanding about a topic.

As you said, it can all be summarized as cooperation in one form or another.
