Help me to correct this business letter

Dear Sirs,

We, TRAENCORP thank you for your invitation letter on 16 Oct 2007, inviting our chairman of Board of Management (concurrently General Director) and related staff to make a visit at DAYANG GROUP. We also highly appreciate your interest and good cooperation with TRAENCORP at Hong Ven factory. At the same time, DAYANG GROUP had a spirit of goodwill in exchange of information to soon negotiate for the investment at Hong Ven factory.

At present, Mr. Lee Chong, BOM’s chairman (as General Director) has gone to some ASEAN countries on a business trip until the end of December 2007 as scheduled. Therefore, now, TRAENCORP can not pay a visit to your company, and have to wait till Mr. Chong’s return to Vietnam from ASEAN.

TRAENCORP would like to confirm the date, time and the agenda by a written notice to DAYANG GROUP for both convenient arrangements.
