Hi Zoe,

Why don't you register? Then your posts will appear right away!

There are a number of ways you can say this. The only thing you MUST change is to put a period where you have your first comma.

The report has been created. - Don't you want to say "I have created the report"? Either way is okay, but if you did it, say you did it!

Please have a look - this is okay, but a bit informal. You can say "Please review" instead.

and let me know if there are any places [or if there is anything] that need improvement.

So, here are two versions, either of which should be fine:

I've created the report. Please review it and let me know if there is anything that needs improvement.

The report has been created. Please review it and let me know if there are any places that need changes.

Hi Zoe,

In the upper right corner of your screen, it should say "Join."

Make sure you are signed in - if it doesn't say "welcome back" you will have to log in.

Dear [Name?]

Hi: I have created the reports and please have a look at it. If there is having any problems or changes, please do contact me.

Regards,

Zoe

After reading from your writing, I can see that you are really poor in English. xD

As far as I can say that I am not good in English, either. Still needs to be improve.
