There are a number of ways you can say this. The only thing you MUST change is to put a period where you have your first comma.
The report has been created. - Don't you want to say "I have created the report"? Either way is okay, but if you did it, say you did it!
Please have a look - this is okay, but a bit informal. You can say "Please review" instead.
and let me know if there are any places [or if there is anything] that need improvement.
So, here are two versions, either of which should be fine:
