After checking with Helena, I have confirmed that they have 1000pcs ABC123 for pre-inspection tomorrow. But they already sent these goods to the nearest warehouse, therefore they need to move them back to their factory.  Please keep the pre-inspection as scheduled.

Or you could not mention warehouses A and B, and just say 'We only have 9,000 pcs on hand'.
