I just received my RN license and already have been a licensed massage therapist in N.Y.S. for 7 years.  I was infromed by a doctor of chiropractic that you put the degree that was more difficult to obtain first.  Also did some research and found out this would be proper to do.  Example I would say first last name, RN, LMT.  Hope this helps you!
