1.What did  Robert use  for training his student the skill of surgery?

 

Is this senetnce correct? If not, please correct it.

Hi,

What did  Robert use  for training his student in the skill of surgery?

Better would be What did  Robert use to train his student in the skill of surgery?

Better than this would be What did  Robert use  to train his student in the art of surgery?

More natural sounding is How did  Robert teach his student surgical skills?
