There are past conflicts and unpleasant experiences which were caused by personal interests, teachers offering private tutoring and teachers reporting to the Directorate. Those conflicts have created a state of enduring anxiety in the head teacher and a lot of ‘cat and mouse’ games between the teachers and the school administration. The head teacher has a general impression that a large number of school teachers are dishonest and looking only for their personal interests…If a head teacher does not trust you, how then can he/she seek your opinion?
