Sir,

Correct the following sentence.

I took my dog inside.Once inside,I felt safer.

What is meaning of "asleep". Some words starting with "a" work as adjective. Please explain it in detail.

Rohit is better boy than Ram.

Can we use noun such after comparative degree of adjective ,as we use with superlative degree of adjective e.g

He is the best boy in the class.

Here noun "boy" has used just after the "best"(superlative degree of good);

Thanks.

Actually it's two sentences: I took my dog inside. Once inside, I felt safer.
The only thing wrong is that you need to put a space after periods and commas.

"asleep" = "sleeping" Don't know what else you want regarding adjectives. Tongue Tied [:S]

Rohit is a better boy than Ram. OK.
He is the best boy in the class. OK.

a better boy than, the best boy ---- both are OK.
a bigger car than, the biggest car ---- both are OK.
