I have got the following sentence:

Diabetes: Are There New Treatments Available?

Is it grammaticali correct? Or would it be accurate to use:

Diabetes – Are There New Treatments Available? or Diabetes - Are There New Treatments Available?

I am a little confused over the use of the hyphen and the em dash in english language. I would appreciate any help.

Thank you in advance.

In this kind of situation, the m-dash is merely less formal than the colon.  Either can be used here.  The hyphen, on the other hand, serves only to separate compounded words like early-morning exercise or as a line break between syllables of a single word.
