Which one of the following are correct?

SET 1

Between you and I, they deserve to have a special article written about them.

Between you and me, they deserve to have a special article written about them.

SET 2

I hope that Rebecca and me will be able to attend the ceremony.

I hope that Rebecca and I will be able to attend the ceremony.

Also, please let me know what logic you are using to decide wether the above "prnoun"  forms the subject or the object?

Set 1: "Between you and me."  "Between" is a preposition.  Thus it is followed by the object form of pronoun.  Set 2:  You basically have two sentences: I hope + Rebecca and   I  will be able to attend the ceremony.  The subject of first sentence is "I"; the compound subject of the second sentence is :Rebecca and I."  (P.S. In conversation, many native speakers leave out "that" when introducing a noun clause.)

I hope that Rebecca will be able to attend the ceremony.

I hope that I will be able to attend the ceremony.

If you join both sentences into one, you will have to say:

I hope that Rebecca and will be able to attend the ceremony.
