I’m writing in reply to your fax in which you outline the problems you have had with our products. Our chocolates are produced We produce our chocolates to the highest standards, so we take your complaints seriously.
Your dissatisfaction is fully acceptable. Accordingly, a new shipment left the warehouse this morning and will be delivered tomorrow. Please turn over give (turn over is OK but it comes across as an order to me.) the damaged goods to the driver at the time of delivery. As compensation for the discomfort, our bookkeeping department has been instructed to issue a credit note of 15% reduction on the total order. We hope that you find this an acceptable expression of our wish to put things right and that it meets with your approval.
The reason for the bad poor quality was due to a technical problems of on our production line. We can assure you that this problem has been solved by our technical supervisor. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused. We will certainly make sure that our staff will take extra care with any order we receive from you in the future.e

This is a well written letter. Most of the comments that I made are style preference. It's better than many letters that I get from native speakers.
