I´d like to ask you to correct these sentences. Thank you in advance Petr

1.Procedual law is a set of legal rules in which is regulated proces sof certain proceedings under which these rights and duties resulting from substantive law are decided.

2.In Great Britain there is no single body of law as in the Czech republic but the rules valid in the Supreme court can be cosidered as modal.

3.Firstly, it is necessary to file an action in the court, then defendant is served a writ of summons and he must deliver acknowledgement  to the court that he received it and decided to defence himself .

4.Substantial part of action is writ which shall contain all facts and details on which base arose a claim for damages.

5.The defendent can statement in action either admit or deny or request discovery of evidence to prove that statements of plaintif are true.

6.Probative proceeding in civil cases in England is based on weight all  presumtions while in criminal cases guilt must be prove beyond a resonable doubt.

6. In probative proceedings in civil cases in England a preponderance of evidence standard is applied, whilst in criminal cases the government must prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt.

Legal english is tricky! You'd be wise to pick up a good legal English book. I might suggest the International Legal English book published by Cambridge which is the preparation book for the Cambridge International Legal English Ceritificate. The book is also good as a reference book for translators and practioners.
