I wolud like to know how to improve english vocabulary. Actually I have learnt my school in my mother tongue only. In my college though I have studied in English it is mainly oriented in subject wise only. Now I want to go for higher studies. For this I need to improve my English. Daily I am reading newspaper and practing the difficult word which I find in that. I have to prepare for TOEFL exam. I would be happy if you suggest me any way to improve further my English. Now I am attending the English advanced Course.

I am sorry to inform you that I was not able to submit my TOEFL score along with this application, as I have not yet taken it. My TOEFL exam is scheduled for the end of April, and once I receive the result, I will submit my score to you.

The best way to build vocabulary is to read, read, read. The best way to prepare for the TOEIC is to take practice exams, which can be found in bookstores and on the internet. Practice books for the TOEIC vocabulary are also available.

Below I have pasted the reply which I have got one of the professor from germany.
I would request you to correct the letter which I have typed as reply to the professor.

This is the reply which i got from the professor.

"before I can proceed further, I have to contact the Office of International Affairs of my university. This institution is in charge to check whether your achievements with regard to your MSc are sufficient to be accepted as a Ph.D student at our University or not. Please send all the necessary documents (Details and certificates about BSc and MSC!) – otherwise I can´t proceed.)

Before I don´t know their decision, it makes no sense to send you a letter of acceptance.

And please remember: I can´t provide a grant. If you are interested to work in my group you have to find your own support.

Please check wether you are eligible for a grant from your country or a grant from Germany"

From your letter, I am not sure whether you are sending him what he requires. He requires a complete transcript of your BSc and MSc programs so that his Office of International Affairs can check all the courses that you took-- is that what #4 and #6 are? I hope so. Here are your letters:
