“(b) The plane took off from the airport and flew straight into the sky.”
No, but you could say: The plane took off from the airport and flew straight into a building.

“Can I say,

(a) The snake is inside the coop. yes

(b) The plane took off from the airport and flew straight into the sky. When a plane takes off, it generally doesn't do anything else apart from fly into the sky, so it isn't needed in the sentence.

(c) She sneezed so she took out her handkerchief. yes
She sneezed and used a handkerchief to wipe it. yes
She sneezed and used a handkerchief to cover her nose. yes
She sneezed all day, so she used a handkerchief. no - you could say: "She had been sneezing all day, so she kept a handkerchief with her".

(d) She tried on some newly- shoes.
She is trying to wear  put on the shoes.

(e) A crowd of spectators is watching some fireworks.
     They enjoyed (watching) some/the fireworks.

(f) The butterfly is sucking the honey in / from the flower.

I'm not sure butterflies suck, and I'm not sure flowers have honey Smile
